Leiria
Leiria was the city chosen by King D. Dinis (1279-1325) to plant the famous “Pinhal de Leiria”, considered the lung of Portugal, given the immensity of tree species that live there. In addition to this unique feature, this city is quite versatile in its cultural offer, as it is very close to areas of great tourist attraction, such as the village of Óbidos, Nazaré beach and the Sanctuary of Fátima.
